Description

I created my bookkeeping business so I could still be at home with my children while they were small, but still continue to work in the industry I enjoy working in. I have 23 years experience in the accounts/bookkeeping industry.

I service the Mackay and surrounding areas, both onsite & remote. I offer a free pickup & delivery service for all remote clients.

I provide bookkeeping services from data entry to account reconciliations ready for the accountant.

Data Entry of:
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Payroll
Payment of supplier accounts
Receipting of customer payments

Reconciliation of:
Payroll - Including end of year PAYG Payment Summaries
Superannuation (lodgement to funds)
Bank Reconciliation
General Ledger account reconciliations
BAS Reconciliation (lodgement to ATO)

I also offer a relief administration/accounts service, if you are needing to cover staff on leave.

I am a registered BAS Agent, as well as being a certified Xero Consultant.

I specialise in MYOB, Reckon Accounts, Quickbooks, Xero, AMWIN, Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
