Managing creditors and debtors – Creating personalised Invoices with follow up of payments full data input of Suppliers invoices with stock control (if required) Preparation of BAS and IAS returns on a monthly, quarterly basis as required on an accrual basis or cash basis Cash Flow and Budget Preparations to enable directors and/or owners to fully understand the present state of the business Payroll and Superannuation for directors/owners and their employees in compliance with the Superannuation Guarantee. Bank Reconciliations of all trading accounts and credit cards to ensure that accountability is maintained for correctness of all data. Financial Forecasting and reporting to inform Directors/owners of how the business is trading in comparative to a similar period the last financial year.
PAYG Tax, Group Certificates, Holiday Leave Accruals and reconciliations for all personal at annual financial reporting time. GST Management to ensure that sufficient funds are put aside to meet the commitments to the Australian Tax Office. Setting up of Financial systems, using Reckon accounts (QuickBooks) and MYOB for new business
